Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
1. purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish controls to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption regulations, and to ensure that Victor Dabrowa Filmmaker & Photographer business is conducted in a socially responsible manner.
2. Policy Statement
Bribery is the offering, promising, giving, accepting or soliciting of an advantage as an inducement for action which is illegal or a breach of trust. A bribe is an inducement or reward offered, promised or provided in order to gain any commercial, contractual, regulatory or personal advantage. It is the policy of Victor Dabrowa to conduct all business in an honest and ethical manner. Victor Dabrowa takes a zero- tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, whether direct or indirect, by, or of, his employees, associates, agents or consultants or any person or companies acting for him or on his behalf. Victor Dabrowa is committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships wherever he operates, implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery. Victor Dabrowa will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which he operates. However, will remain bound by the laws in the United Kingdom in respect of conduct both at home and abroad. Bribery and corruption are punishable for individuals by up to ten years' imprisonment and a fine. Victor Dabrowa benefits from carrying out business in a transparent and ethical way. If Victor Dabrowa is found to have taken part in corruption, he could face imprisonment and an unlimited fine, damage to reputation, be excluded from tendering for public contracts. Victor Dabrowa therefore take his legal responsibilities very seriously.
3. Who must comply with this policy ?
This policy applies to Victor Dabrowa and all persons working for, or on his behalf, in any capacity, including employees, associates, agents or consultants, or any person, or companies acting for him or on his behalf, agency workers, agents, contractors, external consultants, third party representatives and business partners.
